N.E.O was founded by Omar Ahmed — a Newcastle-based professional chauffeur with two years of personal driving service, over 3,000 five-star ratings and zero complaints, earned before N.E.O existed. He has served professional athletes, business owners and high-net-worth clients across the North East, before founding N.E.O on a standard he could put his name to. N.E.O is the result of two disciplines converging — a personal road record built on measurable performance, and a deep understanding of what clients at this level expect before they reach the car. Every booking is personal — taken by Omar himself, with no algorithm and no middleman. At launch, every journey is driven by Omar personally too.
